- CJChris JJun 22, 20261.0Blonde woman employee spent a whole minute straight exasperatedly telling me that Birkenstock "wide" and "narrow" sizes aren't real and that they only correspond to men's and women's sizes. She said that the shoes will stretch to my feet. I bought the wrong size and then looked at the Birkenstock website and found out that the size thing is not true :( I don't know why she would just lie. If you visit, do your own research and don't trust what the employees tell you.
- MSM SmithApr 29, 20261.0I recently visited this store and staff were far too busy on their phones to bring out the other half of the shoe pair I wanted to buy. After repeatedly walking the store length multiple times searching for an associate, one finally bothered to get the other shoe..of the wrong pair. When I pointed out to the manager that over 8 staff were on their phones, she tried to turn the situation upside down and accused me of being intoxicated and refused me service..and called the police. The official report details the reality of this situation. I contacted corporate and offered details and photos about the incident..they never responded back to me about any desire to rectify the situation, despite the details were captured in a police report! This store is their closest one to their HQ..and they didn't even bother to do anything about the situation. I encourage anyone visiting the store to expect the same behavior..DSW could care less. What's the point of a large selection if the staff won't bother to bring the other shoe from the back. I WOULDN'T GET ANOTHER PAIR OF DSW SHOES HERE IF THEY WERE FREE
