- AKAlysa KanevskyJul 9, 20261.0I placed an online order 06/22. Picked up the shoes, they were perfect, staff was great. My issue is they charged my card for the shoes at the time of pick up. A few days later I have a duplicate charge pending in my account. I’ve called my bank, they can’t do anything until it’s posted. I’ve called DSW and they said it’s normal thing and it will go away on its own. It’s going on three weeks of DSW holding $75 of mine hostage. This is unprofessional business behavior and I will not be shopping here again.

You can tell he takes a lot of pride in his store and truly cares about creating a great customer experience. He went above and beyond to be helpful, and his positive attitude made shopping enjoyable. Excellent customer service like his is hard to find. Thank you, Dmitry, for making my visit such a great one!

- CNChris NashJun 22, 20265.0I am not a great clothing or shoe shopper. I tend to be annoyed and impatient with the process, especially if I can't find something I like pretty quickly. As I made my way to the back of the store, I was warmly greeted by James as he was organizing the isles. Couldn't find anything that would work so I left and went next door. Found a pair of shoes I liked but they were touch too small. I left and went back to DSW, found the exact same shoes and they were a much better fit even though they were the same size. The only rub was that they were a little more expensive at DSW. James matched the price, found a coupon sent to my wife and I was outta there for under $65.00 with what I needed. Turning frustration into a positive experience is not an easy task, but James was an obvious pro and literally turned a Father's Day chore into an overwhelmingly gratifying purchase.
