Honestly one of the most helpful Dr. Martens employees I've met in store across the country. She helped me and gave me multiple options for fit and took the time to really help resolve my issue. Absolutely influenced me to buy the shoe.

Every single employee here goes out of their way to give you the best possible experience, I’ve never left without laughing or smiling. They’re also excellent with shoe suggestions based on your style, previous shoes, etc. I could go on for days! Love this place, love the staff, highly highly recommend checking it out!
