  I had such a wonderful experience with Jasmine and Andy! They were both incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful from the moment I walked in. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and made the entire experience feel so easy and enjoyable. Their customer service was truly exceptional, and they were both so personable and welcoming. It’s not often you come across people who genuinely make you feel valued as a customer, and Jasmine and Andy absolutely did that. They are such an asset to the team, and I can’t say enough wonderful things about them. I’ll definitely be back!

  Andy went above and beyond to make my fiancé and myself feel comfortable & taken care of. Buying a bracelet wasnt on our to do list, however Andy’s knowledge, presentation and warmth changed my mind quickly. Will return and will not deal with anyone outside of Andy.

  Wonderful collection and great service. The sales people there have a great knowledge of the products and were very patient in explaining and showing all the different ornaments I was looking for.
