  Worst experience, unprofessional, rude assistant manager Devon, I will never buy from this store again and I will close my AE card. When I asked for the manager he told me FYI I’m way nicer than the manager. He is basically saying that he is doing me a favor accepting all these returns lol. What a joke

  Nobody said a single word to me throughout the store, not even a greeting but I know they saw me. I found a few items to try on, and politely asked for a fitting room. Still, nothing. Not a word, just started walking towards the fitting room. Let me in the room and I hear her speaking to the other customer just fine. I liked the stuff I tried on but ultimately decided against buying it, left it there and walked out due to not a so pleasant experience being completely ignored. I’m pretty self sufficient when shopping but a hello would have been nice.

  Horrible customer service, no where in the store says a return has to be exact item. Cashier was rude from moment I walked to register. Kaylee or Callie was her name.

  This has become my favorite AE store to shop in! Let me start off by saying JESSICA, the manager is MY GIRL!! She absolutely took great care of me while I was in store last week on my last jean haul lol. She was so patient as I tried on many pairs of jeans.... and I mean many! She was sweet and so helpful. She definitely made my experience a smooth one. She really gave me a great deal, did research for best deals since online had different sales than in store. Jess, thank you so much for everything. Looking forward to seeing you next time!
