- EMElizabeth MarshallSep 12, 20265.0Came in to try on jeans because I wasn’t sure what size I might need and there were multiple women employees that were super helpful in recommending styles and helping me find sizes and even checking the back to see if they had something that wasn’t out on the floor and they were overall very friendly!
- JSJohn SterlingAug 25, 20265.0Clerk was very helpful with finding a good fit for my jeans and t-shirt.
- MJMichelle JacksonAug 6, 20263.0I love this place, but it has got sketchy. They recently have a new manager. He kind of honored discounts, that’s good. My online order was there, half of it. They wanted me to cancel my order and buy it in the store? They asked me to cancel my online order and buy it in the store? And after they said they would cancel it, I received an online message it was ready for pickup?
- MEMoamen ElsheikhJun 3, 20261.0Worst experience, unprofessional, rude assistant manager Devon, I will never buy from this store again and I will close my AE card. When I asked for the manager he told me FYI I’m way nicer than the manager. He is basically saying that he is doing me a favor accepting all these returns lol. What a joke
- CCChristianJul 18, 20255.0Love the selection. It was my first time here. I usually go to Easton but I was so excited to discover one closer. I’m a huge fan of the quality American Eagle clothing has.
