  You need be nice to your customers i was in your store other day and my daughter has a speech problems and someone in your store told her "learn how to speak first" are you serious I take my business somewhere else thank you but not thank you

  I walked in and was not greeted by any workers. Everyone had a stank face and attitude as well. If they think you’re too poor they will not acknowledge you at all.

  I’m surprised at some of the negative reviews here! I visited while on vacation and the staff was friendly and helpful. The store was very clean and organized. Will be returning if I’m ever back in the area! Very nice location.

  Had a really great experience at this Alo location. The store itself is clean and calm like you’d expect, but the staff is what made it stand out. Jordan, Mara, Makayla, and Ashley were all genuinely helpful and easy to talk to. They took the time to help with sizing, gave honest opinions, and actually understood how the pieces fit into training and everyday wear. It felt relaxed and straightforward, which I appreciate a lot. You can tell they care about what they’re doing and know the product well. I ended up leaving with a lot of pieces I’m genuinely excited to wear, and that’s not something I usually say after shopping. Definitely one of the better retail experiences I’ve had. I’ll be back.
