- TTTImothy Tucker6 days ago1.0Horrible experience first they said they stack deals on Wednesday which isn't approved ny the state of ohio. Stacking deals are not allowed. BUT they dont offer discounts to industry employees which is WILD. Also felt like coming in at 9:30 was inconveniencing them when the general manager came from the back of house to let me know that in order to build a medical profile which mind you takes all of 4 minutes to do I should come in earlier to be able to get my profile bill however it is the check-ins responsibility to make sure that if I am a new patient that they build that profile then so when I'm at the sales floor I get my medical discount. After going back and forth trying to swap out items to fit my medicinal needs and my price budget I was told that I was not able to split payments on a card in cash even though they have debit terminals at each register forcing me to put back some of my options and rebuild an entire order finally the disgusted look on the manager's face grew and grew until they decided to give me 30% off just to get me out of the doors absolute terrible establishment the only reason I even decided to go in the first place is because they had later hours and was open until 10:00 p.m. which I felt reprimanded verbally by the GM telling me to come in earlier next time if I can give zero Stars honestly I would. This dispensary is officially the laughing stock of the Ohio dispensaries. Absolutely abysmal staff. My last recommendation would be to completely overhaul the madness that you do have going on there and do better next time
