  Had a truly terrific first experience with Kyle at Alson. We recently moved to the area and I came in for the first time to inquire about a newly-released Tudor watch. Kyle took the time to get to know me and to talk about my watch collecting journey, and told me he’d give me a call when the watch came in. A week later, Kyle called, said the watch was in, and it was mine if I wanted! Naturally I took him up on it, and I love my new timepiece. Will certainly be coming back with the family to work with Kyle on all my watch and jewelry needs.

  I visited Alson Jewelers for the first time Monday. I had a wonderful meeting with Heather. She was most helpful walking me through the steps to register to purchase a Rolex. They truly have a beautiful showroom and were very welcoming. I met Dave, one of the owners. He provided me with some tips about acquiring the timepiece i would like. Thanks again!

  Since Allison is one of the only authorized Panerai dealers in the area, I brought my watch in for service. I was upfront quoted a four-month turnaround and a price — both of which turned out to be wrong. The service took over six months, and when I went to pick it up, I was charged 10% more than the original quote. A couple grand for "full rebuild" & the crown guard falls off within a couple of months of getting it back. When I contacted Allison, their only solution was to ship it back to Panerai and wait another four months — to replace a crown guard held on by two screws. I'd strongly recommend finding a different authorized dealer to service your watches.

  I had an excellent experience working with Anthony at Alson Jewelers. From the moment I walked in, he was knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly patient. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explain the details thoroughly, and made the entire process comfortable and enjoyable. What stood out most was that Anthony genuinely cared about providing a great customer experience rather than simply making a sale.
