  Alson is the place to go for all your timepiece and jewelry needs. If it is to celebrate an event or milestone, or to just treat yourself, they have what you are looking for, and the staff that can help you find exactly what you need. I picked up a watch in January after a great professional year, and had a great conversation with Alex and Karena. They helped me find the perfect piece that fit my needs and wrist size, and helped me order an additional strap to compliment different uses. We casually talked about a few other brands, and I got to try on a bunch of other pieces as well. They made me feel comfortable, and not rushed at all. We discussed some other watches I was interested in as well. No pushy sales, and even threw in some great merch while I was leaving. A few months later, Alex called to tell me that one of the watches I was interested in was available for me. I was not expecting to get this call, and immediately jumped at the opportunity. The process was simple, and I was wearing that watch the next day. Make Alson the place for all your jewelry needs, and shop confidently that you are getting the best treatment around. I know I’ll be back!

  We had a wonderful experience at the wedding band weekend event! Lovely family owned jeweler with amazing hospitality. I highly recommend this for any couple considering an engagement ring or wedding band. Luxurious experience every time!!

  I stopped in to get my watch resized, and Heather was so kind! She greeted me immediately and the whole thing took less than 10 minutes! She also answered my questions about jewelry repair and custom pieces. Thank you, Heather! I will be back!!

  A couple of weeks ago, I stopped into Alson Jewelers with a recently acquired 15-year-old Omega Planet Ocean, a watch I’ve admired since it was first released and finally decided to purchase for myself. I worked with Jason Schreibman, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. I explained that I wanted the watch pressure tested so I could confidently wear and enjoy it. Jason took the watch to Josh, the watchmaker, who performed the pressure test and confirmed it passed. While I was there, I also spent time working with Becky on a jewelry purchase, and the overall experience in the store was outstanding. Jason was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely enjoyable to talk watches with. I absolutely plan to return for future watch purchases and service work. Thank you to Jason, Josh, and Becky for the excellent customer service and professionalism.

  I called to inquire about jewelry repair and spoke with Alicia. She answered all of my questions and even took the time to get a more detailed answer for me from someone else in the store. When I arrived I was helped immediately, everyone was so friendly and welcoming. My jewelry was repaired beautifully! They definitely earned a new customer today, what a pleasant experience!
