  Amazing experience purchasing a watch with Watches of Switzerland, and specifically with Keegan. From start to finish, the customer service was exceptional. Keegan’s knowledge of luxury watches was impressive as he took the time to answer every question while making the entire process comfortable and enjoyable. He genuinely cared about helping me find a watch and made the experience feel special rather than just another sale. Highly recommend shopping at this store and working with Keegan if you’re looking for top-tier service and expertise!

  I had an amazing experience with my purchase, and Robin made the entire process exceptional from start to finish. The level of service was truly top notch. Scheduling was flexible and accommodating, the store atmosphere was comfortable, and everything was handled with professionalism and accuracy. Robin even offered me a drink upon arrival, which was a really thoughtful touch that made the experience feel even more personalized. I never felt pressured, and every question was answered with expertise. Highly recommend both Robin and WoS if you’re looking for a buying experience done right!

  My family has purchased multiple watches from the store. My experience with Robin most recently was very satisfying and helpful in my ultimate decision to purchase a new TagHeuer. She showed me several different brands and made suggestions that were very insightful. She even listened to my long winded stories much to my wife’s chagrin. Our society seems to be lacking in many things one of which is customer service. My experience was a breath of fresh air and everyone in the store was top shelf.

  I had an amazing experience at Watches of Switzerland at Kenwood Mall, all thanks to Elisabeth W. From the moment we met her, she was incredibly kind and welcoming. Every time we stopped in, she greeted us warmly and made us feel genuinely important. She also stayed in touch with me over text, always responding quickly to questions and keeping me updated throughout the process. I was looking for a very specific watch—a blue Datejust 36mm with a fluted bezel and Jubilee bracelet—to wear for my wedding in Bar Harbor, Maine this July. Our wedding colors are blue, so it meant a lot to me to find that exact piece in time. It also lined up with a big milestone in my career in IT sales, which made it even more meaningful. Elisabeth went above and beyond, even helping me explore backup options like a Cartier Santos Medium in case the Datejust didn’t arrive in time. Then one day, I got the call and text from her saying my watch had come in—and it absolutely made my day. We rushed over from CVG as soon as I landed, and the entire team made the experience feel special and celebratory. You could tell they were genuinely excited for me. 10/10 recommend this location, and definitely ask for Elisabeth W. She made the whole experience unforgettable.
