  Robin made my purchase experience at Watches of Switzerland truly special. Truthfully, I wasn’t even supposed to be there! My husband surprised me with the news that he stopped in and spoke with Robin about purchasing a Rolex ahead of my birthday. Robin was great about staying in touch, and within a couple of short months she had my new watch waiting for us! I went to the store with my husband for pick-up, where Robin spent time sitting down with us, removing links in my new watch, explaining the Rolex warranty, and just chatting and getting to know us better. I would 10/10 shop with Robin again in the future. It would be an 11/10, but now I have to wait two months until my birthday to start wearing it!

  I couldn’t have asked for a better experience buying my Cartier Santos, and that’s entirely down to Robin. From the moment I walked into Watches of Switzerland, Robin was welcoming without being pushy, and clearly knew the Santos inside and out : the history, the case sizes, the strap options, all of it. I was given the time to try things on properly and talk through the decision instead of being rushed toward a sale. Robin answered every question honestly, including the ones where the answer wasn’t the most expensive option. Walking out with the watch felt like the end of a great conversation rather than a transaction and a perfect experience for my birthday celebration. If you’re shopping here, ask for Robin
