  I had a very disappointing experience. The young associate, Teegan I think (he looks like Barron Trump) was disrespectful, disdainful, and acted as though helping customers was an inconvenience. Rather than answering my questions or offering assistance, I was made to feel like I was wasting their time. Good customer service should make customers feel welcome and valued, but this experience was the complete opposite. I won't be returning and cannot recommend this store based on the treatment I received.

  This is the only watch store I now go to. Elisabeth has been working with me for several watches now. She works hard to find watches I am looking for, and is always available for questions. Couldn't recommend this store more.

  My fiancée bought a watch from this store a couple of months ago, and unfortunately we weren’t very impressed with the customer service. We recently went back because I was excited to buy a watch for myself, hoping for a better experience. The young employee who helped us (he kind of looked like Trump’s youngest son, which I thought was funny) seemed completely uninterested in assisting us. We felt like he didn’t even want to help and that we were inconveniencing him. The interaction came across as dismissive and left us feeling disrespected. Buying a watch should be an enjoyable experience, especially when you’re making a significant purchase. I hope the store improves its customer service so future customers feel welcomed and appreciated.

  Was a great experience, Elizabeth helped me look at a few options and was really helpful at directing me at some options for consideration. Walked out with a impulse Doxa that caught my eye but will be back soon.

  I’ve been a client of Watches of Switzerland in Kenwood for a few years, and Claudia and her team have always been great to work with. They recently helped me get one of the watches I’d been looking for, and the entire experience was outstanding. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely makes you feel valued as a client. I’ll definitely continue working with Claudia and her team for future purchases. Highly recommend!
