It's ok that you didn't have an answer or the parts for my Coach sunglasses John.....you just needed to let me know that so I could come back and pick them up......sorry for even bringing them into you...... it's where they were originally purchased...... clearly that was a mistake. I'll be picking them back up and finding a more professional in your company

None of the stores accepted the return. Every store gave me a different reason—one said the box had been opened, another claimed I didn’t buy the glasses from their store, and others came up with different explanations. If you’re thinking about buying Meta Ray-Ban glasses, be aware of this. Based on my experience, returning them is extremely difficult, and the stores refuse to accept the return. I recommend keeping this in mind before making a purchase.
