The guy was rude and refused to do anything. I might have deleted the email by accident. He could have at minimum looked. Not doing business with them again.

Mind you it was 8:01 and I was walking to check out. I said he could’ve said it nicer and he said “sorry I hurt your feelings”. They the Responded to the original post above and told me to call. I called and they were confused on why I called. Then called me back to get my info for the store manager to reach out to me, but he never did. What a waste of time.
