  I went in here today as a first time customer (age 23) and have nothing but great things to say. First off I went to their website to look for a watch and they have a reserve button which is awesome. There was also a follow up message saying there will be a reply within 2 hours of the store opening whether or not they have item. The timing was almost immediate upon the stores open. The person who reached out was Shaun and he was absolutely fantastic. They didn’t have the watch I wanted but he was able to answer my questions about a different brand of watch (one of hundreds of watches in their selection). The same day I went in out of curiosity to look at the watch which he set aside for me. Shaun without a doubt knows his stuff and was quick, efficient, and straight to the point on top of being the friendliest guy ever. Without hesitation I bought the watch not only because I wanted the watch, but the service was awesome. I was in and out in 20 minutes and would recommend anyone especially people who are in love with watches young or old, beginner or novice, to go in to see Shaun and the rest of the staff. I will be going in again!

  George was absolutely phenomenal to work with. Professional and thorough. We live in Kiawah South Carolina now however travel home to Cincinnati for all of our jewelry needs. They are the only jewelers we trust. Thanks much to all for the incredible service.

  Visiting Cincinnati for work and never bought a good watch in my life. Been considering it for a while and noticed that the store was across the street from my hotel. Called the day before, to see if the watches that I saw on the website were available. Shaun answered the phone and went out of his way to confirm they had them at the store. Needless to say he was there waiting for me the next day, took the time to explain a lot of things to a new watch buyer like myself and guided me on making the decision I felt more comfortable with, without feeling that pressure of having to buy something. Love the purchase so much I went the next day and got a watch for my Fiancé, and Andrew helped me out since Shaun was busy with another customer and let me say he was great as well with helping me make the correct choice. Will definitely keep getting my watches from Richter & Phillips.
