  Heather at R&P is simply the best. We took A loose diamond in to be set and she worked closely with us - giving us her time, expertise and suggestions. She talked us through the process and we never felt hurried or pushed to choose something “else”. She also became a friend who we look forward to seeing again when we purchase other pieces.   Richter & Phillips is THE place to purchase a Rolex. I came in to inquire about purchasing a piece to celebrate my 21st birthday, a process I expected to be difficult and long. Shaun was extremely helpful in guiding me through their wide selection of Rolex watches and picking the right size/style. In less than 30 minutes, I found the right one for me and checked out. He also cleaned my current watch and new watch to look good as new, and even threw in a Rolex box of chocolates. You won't find better service, selection, or quality in Cincinnati.

  I needed a vintage Rolex (Tudor) Submariner refurbished. Matt Schloemer, their Rolex trained and certified watchmaker (Level 50), made my 50-year-old timepiece just like new. His skill as a watchmaker, cordial and purposeful demeanor, communication and listening skills were outstanding. His work was reasonably priced and on time as promised. Five stars. I must mention Tracy Ritze, watch specialist, as well. He was extremely helpful in the sales and general information end of my visit. Thank you to both of you. I love my gorgeous Rolex (Tudor).

  Richter & Phillips staff is welcoming and considerate. There's no sales pitch or pressure to buy. They work with you and focus more on providing experience and conversation rather than selling you on any of their products. Zack was great to work with in watches and let us shop across all the different brands without any expectations. He represented the brands well and acknowledged each brand's strengths. There was never an up-sell, just information and assistance. Ended up with a very nice discontinued pre-owned piece that I would not have been able to find anywhere else.
