0 help with setting up meta glasses. Tried in store but he pretty much shut me up and told me it would walk me thru it. I am so frustrated with it they might get returned tomorrow.

I went in to replace a pair I had lost. I already had a good idea of what I wanted. Morgan immediately showed me what I was leaning towards and explained the options on hand. She was enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. She didn't push the extended warranty and efficiently got me through the checkout. Ask for Mogan when you go!

I’ve been wanting a new pair of Ray-Bans since mine are 3 years old and beat up. The ones I have are discontinued, so Morgan worked with me to try on different lenses/frames to find a combination I liked and helped me customize a new pair! She also cleaned and tidied up my old pair to “bring them back to life.” 10/10 recommend shopping at the Kenwood Ray-Band location with Morgan!

So I was one of the lucky one's to have a unfortunate experience with the e-commerce platform my items arrived damaged and I wasn't able to get any assistance and became highly disappointed & dissatisfied until I came in contact with MORGAN not only did she make the situation correct she went above and beyond, I've never been a online shopper because you miss out on people like her and great customer service, She is what the Ray-Ban company should strive to be. Please come into the store and spend your money and do not waste your time online.
