  Manager is unhelpful, incompetent, and rude. Persisted information I was given by Ray-Ban was incorrect and refused to check it stating, "I'm the manager and I opened this store myself back in 2024". Looks like she is going to close the store herself as well.

  I tried to return my Meta Ray-Ban glasses at six different Ray-Ban, Sunglass Hut, and LensCrafters stores across three different states. None of the stores accepted the return. Every store gave me a different reason—one said the box had been opened, another claimed I didn’t buy the glasses from their store, and others came up with different explanations. If you’re thinking about buying Meta Ray-Ban glasses, be aware of this. Based on my experience, returning them is extremely difficult, and the stores refuse to accept the return. I recommend keeping this in mind before making a purchase.

  0 help with setting up meta glasses. Tried in store but he pretty much shut me up and told me it would walk me thru it. I am so frustrated with it they might get returned tomorrow.

  I went in to replace a pair I had lost. I already had a good idea of what I wanted. Morgan immediately showed me what I was leaning towards and explained the options on hand. She was enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. She didn't push the extended warranty and efficiently got me through the checkout. Ask for Mogan when you go!
