  I went in for some men’s dress shirts without any measurements. Connie basically waited on me hand and foot even though I told her it wasn’t necessary. She was informative, polite and personable. Great experience.

  I called ahead to confirm that a fragrance was in stock and was assured they had it. I drove an hour, only to find out it wasn’t available and would need to be ordered online. This miscommunication wasted a day meant for a special occasion. Given recurring issues, I will be contacting the corporate office to ensure accountability is taken seriously, and I hope management will improve staff training and inventory accuracy so other customers’ time is respected.

  Not sure how the tall, older guy with the flamboyant suits feels so comfortable with using micro-aggressions to make some customers feel less welcome than others. About a year ago, I complained to HR that I stood nearby waiting for 10 minutes while he casually conversed with a woman about her family and personal life. When he was done helping her, he looked right past me to a woman who had just walked up, offering assistance. I had to be yell at him to get him to acknowledge me. Today I went to the shoe department again. He ended up helping me. After returning from looking for a shoe, he explained that there were others colors, but not the one that I requested. He never bothered to check online inventory. A lady walks up ready to check out so he stops helping me. I complain to the manager who proceeds to help me as he stood by acting concerned. I decided not to spend my money and reward him with my commission. I’m still deciding if I’ll return to Nordstrom; I’m so annoyed because I love the store. If you have had a similar experience with this guy, like my comment so that Nordstrom will know that he will cost them loyal customers.

  Got really well with one of the employees, really kind and gave all kinds of ideas. Sold me an amazing suit, that contributed in me having a great prom.

  Bought two pairs of $200 Paige jeans. The dye continues to stain my furniture, car seats, my hands and even the cuff of my shoes. I’ve washed them 8 times each and it just won’t stop. What a garbage brand to carry. These jeans are useless. (Wearing GAP jeans in this picture.)
