From the moment we walked in, her energy and friendliness set a welcoming tone that made the entire process a pleasure. What truly set Sandra apart, however, was her genuine willingness to help and her kindness. We shared a personal, empathetic story with her regarding our jewelry and how or engagement ring did not fit, and she listened intently. She demonstrated incredible discretion and went above and beyond to expedite the process for us. Because of her dedication, she was able to get our ring back to us a full seven days earlier than expected. Sandra was with us every step of the way—from the moment she took the ring to the moment she returned it to us. When I offered her a tip for her exceptional effort, she graciously declined, showing just how professional and dedicated she truly is. She is a treat to work with, and JCPenney is incredibly lucky to have such a personal and caring employee. Thank you, Sandra for making this such a wonderful experience.

I said okay and sat on hold for 30 minutes until someone came back said hello and immediately hung up. I didnt even have time to say anything. I tried to call back multiple times and no answer. Like seriously? 30 minutes then nothing? Im honestly shocked like youd think if i sat there a half hour id really want my question answered. Honestly super annoyed.
