  I called on 7/30 to ask if they had a copy of a book my son needed for school. I was told it was in stock at the Dayton location and they would have it shipped to their Montgomery rd, Cincinnati location, and it would take a week or less. Today was the week mark and since I hadn’t heard anything I decided to call and check. THE SAME GUY that I spoke to on 7/30 knew he messed up, but instead of saying that- he kept putting me on hold to find ways to fix the fact that he never actually placed the order. My son needed this book by this weekend and I would have taken other avenues to get the book had this employee not guaranteed me a shipment from Dayton a week ago. It was hard to find a copy last week but there were other ways I could have gotten the book. Now it’s sold out EVERYWHERE. I’ll find out what this employees name is exactly, I’ll never forget the voice- and encourage half price books to hold your employee accountable for being inept to handle the most basic task, or at least pass off tasks that are out of his ability to handle.

  Found exactly what I was looking for Michael Jackson for my granddaughter and the price was really reasonable

  Huge store but didn't have what I wanted. The downstairs entrance in back has the best parking.
