  The Cashier "CCon050", Chris, was rude to myself and my family when returning 2 books. She had an attitude from the beginning, I guess because she had to work the Independence holiday. First she counted the days to make sure we returned it in time to do a return back to my debit card. She then questioned why we were returning them, but in an interrogative manner. We told her that our daughter already had them, then she stayed silent afterwards. The only other question she asked was "You guys do live in Ohio?" As if she was saying we should. And when I told her no, we live in Indiana, she huffed and obviously got irritated as she proceeded to type a bit hard on the keyboard. She wasn't friendly whatsoever, barely speaking to us as if we were inconveniencing her. We luckily got our money back but we drove over an hour to visit this store, next time we'll head to a different location. We won't be back here!

  Every HPB location I visit is consistent. Good prices on books. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great customer service. This location is no different.

  I love half price books and this one was no exception! It is well designed and brightly lit to look at the goodies!

  This is one of my favorite locations in the Cincinnati area. They always have a great variety of misc items. I typically look for unique collectibles and the occasional book or 2. Staff is always helpful and friendly. And the location is simply amazing. When you're done shopping you can just grab a quick bite from any of the restaurants within walking distance.
