  I would give it 2 stars because I never had issues with them until fathers day . They delivered my cupcake looking like they were store bought and without the $19.99 balloons i added . Didn't call or email me about it .I lost all that just for a box of cupcakes . I'm so disappointed . I think they should stop taking orders if its too much already .

  I placed an order as a surprise, but later found out the recipient was allergic to the product. I immediately called to cancel the order and explained the situation. Despite this, I was told I would only receive half of my refund because they had attempted delivery. However, the order was never received. I was extremely disappointed with the customer service. AMBER, the representative who answered the phone, was very rude, unprofessional, and showed no empathy for the situation. She was not apologetic, did not seem to care, and was unwilling to help. What was even more frustrating was that MARTEZ, the manager, made a decision regarding my refund without ever speaking to me directly. I was never given the opportunity to explain the situation to him myself before a decision was made. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. The lack of professionalism, poor communication, and unwillingness to help a customer dealing with a legitimate concern were unacceptable. I would not recommend ordering from this location.

  I live out of state and ordered two birthday deliveries for my daughter in Cincinnati. I ordered 18 days in advance in the event that the store could not accommodate my order and I could make alternate arrangements. Delivery 1 was delivered on time; however, instead of a vanilla cake my daughter received a chocolate cake. After speaking with a store associate (and the GM in the background), I learned that the vanilla cake was not in stock so a chocolate cake was sent instead so that my daughter didn’t go without. While that seems thoughtful, had I been notified in advance I could have told them that she can’t eat the chocolate cake due to dietary restrictions. The GM agreed to refund my order. Delivery 2 was delivered on time and exactly how I ordered it. My daughter looooved the chocolate covered strawberries and pineapple. And to our surprise, the store included vanilla cupcakes as a bonus! My daughter was super excited to get them and I appreciate the thoughtfulness and service recovery. Thank you!

  I'd honestly rate this lower than 1 star if I could. My sister ordered an arrangement for me to be delivered to my home on 5/9. The email confirmation states that residential deliveries will be made before 7pm. My sister and I both tried calling the store multiple times throughout the day as there was no update on the delivery, and after 7pm we still had not received any communication about a late delivery. My order was delivered at 11:21pm per the text message confirmation and doorbell footage, not to mention this individual was in their personal vehicle. My arrangement sat outside overnight and was inedible by the time I realized it was there at 5:45am 5/10. My sister contacted the store on 5/10 and while they said they would remake the order, they stated that I would have to come out of my way to pick up with arrangement as they "could not guarantee delivery." I was also instructed that I had to pick up the order before 5pm, despite the store closing at 6pm. When I arrived at the store I had to argue with the employee about refunding my sister the delivery fee, considering I was there to pick up the order. This employee also mentioned that 11:21pm was a late delivery, but "very common"" for them on holidays. Unacceptable service and communication.

  Sweetest people ever! Awesome service. Came here looking for a gift for my mom for Mother’s Day and found exactly what she likes. Come visit them, worth the drive!!
