  I’ve always loved the selection and the company values. This trip and I was really turned off by the behavior of one of the workers. He was behind the register, but clearly showing his impatience and annoyance with a customer. To the point he was slamming things on the counter and making faces. The lack of professionalism I felt very inappropriate.

  What is there to say? I love shoes. They have an enormous selection to choose from. Friendly service and easy checkouts and returns.

  Nice place, it's big, but the shelves are only half height so you can see everything. Plenty of discounts too, some small, some big.

  I don’t know who got into management and decided to destroy this company’s model but shame on you! I used to LOVE this company. Now instead of various discounts on clearance, all clearance is 30% off when it used to be up to 70%. On top of that, the selection isn’t great and what’s available I’d be ashamed to be buried in. I used to come here regularly and often bought multiple pairs. I’ve now attempted at least 5x and leave empty handed and disgusted every time. It makes me so furious as to how they’ve ruined what was once my favorite store. I decided to try again today. Just another disappointment. I think I will save myself further disappointment and not return again. MANAGEMENT, (not local, but corporate), YOU SUCK! YOU’VE destroyed this place. I know I’m not the only one who feels this way. At this point I’ll be celebrating when you go out of business. You don’t deserve to survive with this level of incompetence.Its obvious they don’t care because they don’t respond to reviews. SAVE YOURSELF THE DISAPPOINTMENT, try NORDSTROM RACK!

  The store employees were kind and helpful, and this is NOT their fault. However, DSW uses a third-party return system (The Retail Equation) and I was unexpectedly denied a return/exchange even with my receipt and within the return window. I ordered multiple pairs online in different sizes/styles because my son’s wedding is coming up (he’s the best man) and many wedding shoes are only available online. I kept one pair and returned the rest. This is normal when you need to try shoes at home. Later, when I tried to return/exchange an unrelated casual shoe, I was denied and told there was nothing the store could do because the system blocked the return. The third party said I have to wait 180 days to appeal, which is longer than DSW’s return window. If you plan to order multiple sizes online and return what doesn’t fit, be aware you may be stuck with shoes you don’t want even if you are following their posted return policy.
