  Been a long time since I'd been in or used DSW. Bought something online, it had to go back (not a DSW issue), they let me return it at a store, no shipping and no arguing over condition, very cool. Went in a week later and got an excellent deal on some (lightly used at my age) work boots. Excellent experience all the way around. If you were inclined to sort through their LARGE discount/out of stock section, prices went from very good to super inexpensive.

  I have been a long time customer of Dsw. Normally any rewards or coupons I have load to my profile and are available to me at checkout when I go into the store and make a purchase. I made a purchase today and that did not happen. Not only that, there was an Earthday coupon that was available that I was not given. To add insult to injury after making my purchase I was just handed my purchases and when I ask for a bag. I was told "We are Bagless but "You can buy a bag for a $1." I was shocked and disappointed. I just spent $100.00 for a pair of shoes and DSW can't afford to spend .2 cent on a bag for me to bag my purchase. That is disghusting and petty. If I had bought the other three pairs of shoes I was considering, I would have returned them right then and there and would be totally pissed off. So, what this showed me is, you DSW no longer value me as a customer. So, I will not be back. You have lost a great long time customer for being too cheap to pay for a bag in which the customers could put their purchases. You would rather save 2 cents on a bag than to make a sale of any amount. How would someone with four pair of shoes carry that many boxes out if the store? Very, very petty!
