They couldn't do an exchange for some odd reason, they could only do a return and then a new purchase for the correct size. So that's what we did since I can't wear shoes that are the incorrect size. Now I'm learning that I have to wait 7-10 business days to get my money back for the return. All for just an even exchange for the same shoe just a diffent size. This is absurd.
