- KFkaya FridaySep 16, 20234.0I am currently having a problem getting a faulty item replaced from the Kenwood location. I've been waiting for almost a year and every time I go in, they promise to reorder my item and call me when it gets in but I never receive a call. I've gone in probably 5 times and they always know exactly what I'm talking about and promise to order a new one and call me when it arrives. it seems like the item is never ordered. Other than that, I've never had any problems shopping there and love to buy all my maternals for projects there.

(Gac-900) and Angelus brand paints (for leather shoe painting). They even gave me the option of ordering my products with them , whenever they order their shipments, if there is a specific product I need which may not be in the store yet. ((((((((((((PRICELESS EXPIERENCE))))))))))))) I am officially a customer for life.

The Manager was amazing. He took the list, answered all questions. Got all the supplies. I left with 7 bags. 😃 One happy shopper. Will be going back. Kudos to the whole staff. Thank you.
