- YPYogesh PrajapatiJun 19, 20261.0One of the most frustrating retail experiences I have had. I placed an order in this store on June 1 and was given an expected delivery window of June 5. Nearly three weeks later, I still have not received my order. What is even more concerning is that American Eagle has acknowledged that they cannot locate the order details in their own system. Since then, I have spent countless time following up through emails, phone calls, and an in-person visit to the store. When I visited the store, I was told they could not help and that I needed to contact customer service. Customer service, meanwhile, continues to tell me to “wait for the investigation” without providing any timeline, explanation, or resolution. As a customer, I have effectively been left with no one willing or able to take ownership of the issue. It is unacceptable for a company to take a customer’s money, lose visibility of the order, and then leave the customer waiting for weeks with no meaningful update. Mistakes happen, but the lack of accountability, urgency, communication, and customer care is what makes this experience so disappointing. At this point, I still do not have my order, a resolution, or even a clear answer as to what happened. I expected far better from American Eagle.
