  I experienced racial discrimination at this store. I went to the fitting room to try on some clothes. There was an employee working there. She showed me to a fitting room and asked for my name, so I told her my name. However, she didn’t respond at all and simply closed the curtain. While I was changing, I could hear her talking to other customers outside. She asked them for their names, introduced herself, and kindly told them that she would be happy to help if they needed anything. It made me wonder if I was treated differently because I’m not American. It left me feeling upset for the rest of the day. It’s very disappointing that something like this can still happen in 2026, especially in such a large shopping mall.

  Absolutely terrible. Order placed many times and cancelled many times for no reason. Even TWO phone representatives couldnt help me.

  One of the most frustrating retail experiences I have had. I placed an order in this store on June 1 and was given an expected delivery window of June 5. Nearly three weeks later, I still have not received my order. What is even more concerning is that American Eagle has acknowledged that they cannot locate the order details in their own system. Since then, I have spent countless time following up through emails, phone calls, and an in-person visit to the store. When I visited the store, I was told they could not help and that I needed to contact customer service. Customer service, meanwhile, continues to tell me to “wait for the investigation” without providing any timeline, explanation, or resolution. As a customer, I have effectively been left with no one willing or able to take ownership of the issue. It is unacceptable for a company to take a customer’s money, lose visibility of the order, and then leave the customer waiting for weeks with no meaningful update. Mistakes happen, but the lack of accountability, urgency, communication, and customer care is what makes this experience so disappointing. At this point, I still do not have my order, a resolution, or even a clear answer as to what happened. I expected far better from American Eagle.
