  I had a great experience shopping there. All the workers were very personable and helpful. The manager, Kaitlyn, helped me find the perfect size and items for what I was looking for.

  I ordered a pair of shorts to be picked up in store. I waited 3 days, still nothing. So I go in store and the young man working the online orders was extremely rude to me, due to him not even being able to find my order on their end. Come to find out alo didn’t actually have the item I needed in store, it’s still needed to ship from their facility (not sure why they would advertise the item being available in store when it wasn’t). It took a whole extra week to finally ship. While I was there in person I explained to the worker I was going to be out of town soon so I couldn’t pick it up. I get notified the 12th my order is ready (I am already on my trip) and my order gets cancelled the 17th while I am still out of town. And I am now unable to reorder the same item. Poor communication, and especially dissatisfied in the way the man handling online pick up orders treated me. And this is not my first poor interaction with him.

  What a ridiculous brand! Have been trying to purchase an e-gift Card for Mom for the last 24 hours and it’s impossible. Two orders have now been cancelled for no known reason, the only customer service is an AI bot that can only direct you to an endless queue where nobody ever comes online to chat. I can’t believe this company is still in business. They literally don’t want to take my money. I’m glad the last order was cancelled. My wife wanted Lululemon instead. She thinks Alo looks cute but all her friend’s stuff is pilfered and looks ridiculous after any kind of use. Stick to Lulu and you’ll be happier.

  They were very rude, I was purchasing multiple items so I was looking around (apparently too long for them). They were acting as if I was stealing and following me around the store. Even to a point where I made a comment to my fiance about getting a different color and the worker said I’ll get it just head to the register… mind you I wasn’t done!! I felt super uncomfortable will not be returning back.
