  You guys lost a long time customer. I had a bra break after 3 weeks of owning it. One clasp fell off and the other bent. It was 31 days after I purchased in-store. I tried to return it in-store and they wouldn’t bc they “didn’t have tags”. The item that was sold to me was a defective item after just 3 weeks. Why in the world would it still have tags on it? I had the digital receipt, tho. When reaching out online, they said there wasn’t anything they could do bc I had purchased it in-store. I was told to reach out to customer service, and they also said there was nothing they could do, even with a photo included in my original email. Is this how you guys treat a long time customer? Over an item that was $15? Not great PR and I will be sure to make sure no one I know shops there in-store or online.

  Cute clothes, nice workers, but they never have anything bigger than a large. You’re lucky if you can even find a large.

  The gals working today, specifically the ones at the cash register, were lovely and so helpful! Postpartum shopping is not fun for me but they helped me find a bra that fit right and some comfy sweatpants. Their sets are so good right now! I rarely shop in-store anymore but this Aerie is so well-stocked and aesthetically pleasing and the customer service is top tier. Shop here and get these gals a raise!!

  Today I received my purchase of American 🦅 Eagle jean Capris which I'm so very pleased with them & how they fit. Worth the money for sure & great quality because I'm really picky on my jeans. I wear that feel most comfortable. Anyways I've tried to call the other day on a Sunday which I thought it could have been just a busy day for customer service to pick up the phone because it being Sunday. So I tried again to call the American eagle 🦅 store still no answer on the phone. Is there anyone there?? 🤔 Hmm. Then called the Aerie store American eagle 🦅 still no answer. I wanted to talk to the manager about how happy I was with my purchase. To give a 5 star review. But no answer still 3 ⭐ stars anyways thanks!! I agree with the girl above maybe someone needs to work on the customer skills.. & stay off there phone 🤳 during work times & pay attention to the phone.

  Love this store, they always have the cutest clothes and the nicest workers! The manager Andrea helped me find the perfect outfit last time I was in and she was so sweet and cheery! Great staff and cute affordable clothes, can't beat it!
