I understand that florals can be expensive and was completely open to the possibility that they might not offer anything in that price range. What was disappointing was not the pricing—it was the way I was spoken to. The woman on the phone immediately raised her voice and responded very abruptly with “absolutely not” multiple times. Before I could even finish speaking, she also questioned whether I was another florist calling for information, which felt unnecessary and unprofessional. I want to be clear: I respect pricing and understand budget limitations. However, basic customer service and respectful communication should still be a priority. Unfortunately, this interaction felt hostile and off-putting, and it would make me hesitant to do business here in the future.
