  Gave the lady a tip and wanted to rip it out of her tip jar. Genuinely got some of the coldest shittiest service after trying to be a kind little customer. This place blows go anywhere else

  People are great, but the prices are outrageous compared to literally any other dispensary in Ohio. The minute any other dispensary opens in Lancaster they’ll lose business. They charge you for things no other dispensary will charge you for. They’re also being sued in the state of Ohio for how they’ve done business so far. It sucks that this place is the only spot in Lancaster cause this place genuinely blows.

  Super slow staff even when you've pre ordered. Ive gotten through larger dispensary lines with half the staff in faster time. Not only are you waiting forever on a pre order, you've also got to wait in that super tight space they have to stand in with all those people waiting. Prices aren't very competitive either. You can definitely find cheaper in Ohio compared to Ascends prices, almost by half at some dispensaries. Only benefit to coming here, is if you live in the area and its the closest one to you. Other than that, its not really worth your time or dime.

  I love ascend! I first discovered them in Michigan when I visited. I was excited to disover when I moved a bit out of Columbus, the closest dispensary was an ascend. They have a good selection and prices and I absolutely love the curbside pick up. I can stay in the car with my dogs and pick up my stuff! Stuff like that has made me drive out of my way to certain places for drive up/drive thru so I definitely appreciate the service.

  Bought a 2g jar of live budder, opened it 5 minutes after buying and it was dark brown and the lid was sealed shut. Checked the box and it was 4 months old. I called the number on Google and it connected me to a customer service rep who couldn’t guarantee I would get a refund. Go back to the dispensary and the “security guard” puts his hand on my chest to stop me. Makes me stand in the middle of the lobby to “check” to make sure I can go back there. Then when I get back there I am questioned about everything and the employees were very condescending. I asked to get a fresh jar and they told me every jar they had was atleast 4 months old. So I asked for a different product(employee had no knowledge of any products being sold) the only other option was $12 more expensive and they forced me to pay the difference. So I ended up paying $84 for some mid ass dabs that just burn in the rig instead of vaporizing. Only reason I’m giving it two stars is because the woman(didn’t get her name) that checked me out the first time was an angel and apologized multiple times even though she did nothing wrong.
