  Horrible experience. Went in to find a dress, first sales associate was nice and let me and my husband into the changing room to try things on. We go to the changing room a second time to try on a few more things just for the other brunette sales associate to start loudly pounding on the changing room door demanding my husband had to come out. I was wearing a one piece body suit and needed help getting in and out of it and in and out of the dresses and explained that to her and said we would only be minute and that I needed his help. She insisted he come out right that minute (which I was already standing there undressed halfway into a dress) and told her thats fine we just simply wouldnt buy anything. Now I could understand if this was a womens only fitting room but it was a single stall in the middle of the sales floor and they wanted me to just open the door and flash everybody. Treated us like we were some teenagers in there up to no good instead of paying customers in a freaking dress store (who can zip and unzip those long dress zippers themselves?? And what do you do if you dont have another woman in your life to help you try on dresses??). Completely embarrassing and unprofessional. Will never be back.

  I had one of my worst shopping experiences EVER !!! During black Friday I went to Windsor looking for a outfit with my daughter and once again came across a lady who should NOT be working there !!!! She was entirely rude there were numerous times were I heard her calling me and other customers feral And saying we should go home . I watched her go up to a fellow employees and make remarks about me !!! How unprofessional!!!!! Then I watched her chase a mom And daughter into the fitting room loudly talking and quite frankly embarrassing them . I love shopping at Windsor and have been for years But every-time I see the tall blonde with the horrible attitude I immediately get disgusted and try my hardest to avoid her yet she always finds A way to disgust everyone !!! She will be the downfall of this store and company if people like her are continued to be allowed to work here . But despite all of her negativity there are alot of good workers who always help me And make my family feel welcomed when we come in !!! Cashier named Cassidy checked us out she apologized for what me & my daughter went through and was truly hilarious and very professional !!! Whoever trained her should re-train the very disrespectful Blonde !!!!!!!!

  Canton, Ohio. Belden Village Mall location...First time in this store (took my daughter shopping for Homecoming)...she found a cute, cheesy dress. Found a pair of shoes to match the dress...said shoe had a clearance $12 tag on it ..gave the shoe to a worker so she could go to the back and retrieve the shoes...mind you she carried the shoe all the way with her, came back and handed us the size my daughter needed, then returned the shoe back to the rack WITH the $12 clearance tag....same person that got the shoe from the back was the one who rang me up (she was the manager)...shoes rang up for $35...she said someone must have put that tag on the shoe! Another worker that had been ringing up at a register by the shoes, told her that she had seen that shoe sitting there for several days with a $12 tag on it... Ridiculous, the way the tag was affixed to the shoe, there is no way anyone could have done that. She would not honor the price. Tried to call customer service whicn is non existent...its a 888 number outsourced to another country and an AI bot that only allows communicating via text message...whoever was on the other end had the nerve to text me back at 11pm EST taking about sorry about the delay, do you still need help? This company is garbage!

  They clearly are understaffed for homecoming week and can’t keep up with the fitting rooms. When brought to their attention they yelled at the store instead of fixing the problem. Won’t be back! Trying summit mall’s location
