  The staff was kind. Even offered to get me a chair as I patiently waited for my Wife trying on clothing.

  I have been a LB supporter & shopper for YEARS! I have come to know many of the past managers as well as the staff. They Terminated the last manager after transferring her down to Canton. Literally walked her out the store while I was walking in. I don't know what is going on but the store looked terrible today and only 1 face is someone I recognized. Apparently, they forced Sam out, because she hesitated about committing to managing 2 stores because she has a child at home. They made her cover both west Akron & Canton for weeks & when she asked for more $ they told her she wasnt getting the management job. So she put in her 2 weeks. Now they are mad she didn't try to hire anyone during those last 2 weeks. Chris, apparently from Michigan, is helping out. She did not ring me up. Aside from saying hi, she didn't interact with me at all. I purchased 2 bras & 5 pair of underwear. The bras were buy 1 get one for $15.99 and the underwear was 5 for 27 with the purchase of a bra. I got back to my car & realized I was charged incorrectly. I came beck into the store and re read the sign I said I was overcharged for the underwear. Its supposed to be 5 for $27.00 . Chris said LOUDLY, at me "IF YOU BUY A BRA!" to which I replied, I bought 2, and I didnt appreciate her tone. to which she argued with me some more. The new keyholder returned my items & re rang my order correctly, and apologized. Lane Bryant DO better! Or I as well as many many others wil shop somewhere else.

  Disappointing visit today. No one greeted us when we walked into the store. One of the ladies was dealing with a customer of course but the other rep was free to at least say hello. We walked straight over to the intimates area of the store and looked intently through the racks and still no one acknowledged us. We finally walked over to an area where the reps were re-hanging and organizing. Still, no acknowledgement and no offer of assistance. We placed out items on the return rack near the service counter and headed out of the store. Only then did one of the reps walk past and ask if we were finding everything okay (while never making eye contact or breaking her stride). We said yes and proceeded to exit the store. Feels like a wasted trip as the lack of customer service has prompted us to now make our intended purchase online.
