- MDMegan DaleySep 5, 20262.0The tent and chairs arrived very dirty, we spent a long time that we didn't have cleaning them. We had problems communicating about delivery and price. The website had inaccurate prices. The size of the tent and dance floor that were recommended made our setup feel very tight because we were not told the subfloor would be much bigger than the dance floor. Everything we rented (besides one wall panel) arrived on time for the event and the delivery/set up people were on top of it.

I was promised black chairs, then was called and said they upgraded me to white for free, which was a lie because I received tan chairs. my colors were red and black. I was so embarrassed that my guests had to see that tent because it looked like I spent $100 on it. I was charged $1000 which none of it was refunded. The lady who answered the phone was extremely unprofessional and raised her voice to me several times. I would not recommend this company for anything.

Everyone here is super nice and we had plenty of time to decorate the tent and tables. I would recommend them for any event. I will never go to anyone else. Thank you for helping make my event go smoothly.
