- MLMegan LugueSep 5, 20262.0The tent and chairs arrived very dirty, we spent a long time that we didn't have cleaning them. We had problems communicating about delivery and price. The website had inaccurate prices. The size of the tent and dance floor that were recommended made our setup feel very tight because we were not told the subfloor would be much bigger than the dance floor. Everything we rented (besides one wall panel) arrived on time for the event and the delivery/set up people were on top of it.
- KGKimberly GabrielJul 28, 20261.0The tent they sent me had tape all over the top of it, rusty poles, rips in the tarp. I was promised black chairs, then was called and said they upgraded me to white for free, which was a lie because I received tan chairs. my colors were red and black. I was so embarrassed that my guests had to see that tent because it looked like I spent $100 on it. I was charged $1000 which none of it was refunded. The lady who answered the phone was extremely unprofessional and raised her voice to me several times. I would not recommend this company for anything.

- LVLeon VanpeltApr 28, 20255.0The chairs from my daughter's wedding got put on a trailer and taken back to North Carolina. These guys were so understanding and allowed us to have them at no charge till the following weekend that we brought them back!! Excellent service!!
- ACArcadia Butterfly ConservationAug 29, 20241.0This is the absolute worst company to deal with! Save yourself the aggravation, go with literally any other company. The lady who answers the phones has no clue what’s going on, she’s rude, doesn’t call you back, no accountability for anything, and no record of money. They will not pick up their items on the agreed upon date and then expect you to be at their disposal when they do feel like retrieving the items. They will not respect your property or instructions. The owner will be dismissive of you and any issues you have encountered and will also not correct or rectify the situation.
