  Honestly a decent place. Have a nice variety of stuff. Prices aren’t too crazy imo, service could be a little lack luster tho.

  literally so rude so expensive! tells you it’s one price then tells you it’s a higher price the next time you talk to them they don’t communicate well at all

  We had a very disappointing experience with Classic Tent and Party Rentals while renting chairs for our Christmas party. From the start, communication was extremely poor. We were unable to obtain an invoice in advance, and they would not provide a delivery timeframe until just before the chairs arrived. They also could not tell us when the chairs would be picked up. When the chairs were delivered, I called to confirm pickup arrangements and was told that I had not rented anything from them at all. On the scheduled pickup day, we were then informed they would not be coming to retrieve the chairs. When I explained that we no longer had access to the venue and needed to return the keys, I was told we would have to move the chairs outside. During this conversation, the representative hung up on me. She later called back, stated they would arrive within an hour, instructed us again to move the chairs outside, and then hung up a second time. The lack of professionalism, inconsistent information, and abrupt communication made what should have been a simple rental unnecessarily stressful. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this company for event rentals.
