Policy on the receipt states “the landing will accept cannabis returns within 30 days of purchase for defective products” However it seems they do not abide by this policy as they are able to “tell if defective by looking at it” interesting take. Will not shop here, will not recommend this shop 0/10 Employees were also disgruntled about needing to do a return, unacceptable way for customer service to react to a common situation. In the end the cartridge was not retuned and I am left with two faulty products. One is open/one unopened as I didn’t not trust to open the second package and thought the establishment would take care of there customer. Very disappointed.

Dylan, in particular, provided outstanding service. He took the time to answer my questions, made thoughtful recommendations, and never made me feel rushed. It’s refreshing to get customer service that’s both professional and genuinely welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
