  The only dispensary I go to! Everyone is very kind and helpful, especially Deshawn who throughly explained any questions I had. They also always have good deals going on!

  The security guy was super nice but the lady with the pink sweater was really rude and unhelpful. We're in town for awhile, but we'll probably go elsewhere for the remainder of our trip.

  What an incredibly frustrating experience. It was my first time here, and I was looking for a knowledgeable budtender to help me find a product for sleep. Instead, I got the girl with pink hair, who was absolutely unfriendly, dismissive, and flat-out rude. Every time I tried to ask a question, she just pointed at her screen in silence and refused to actually talk to me. Thankfully, I already had an idea of what I wanted because I’ve been to dispensaries in Michigan where the budtenders are actually friendly and helpful. Looking at Google reviews, it’s clear I’m not the first person to complain about her. Management seriously needs to give her some intensive customer service coaching or just reassign her to the back where she doesn't have to interact with the public. I hate leaving a negative comment, but this girl really rubbed me wrong and should not be in customer service. Customers should feel welcome and comfortable asking questions. I hope things improve.

  This location is in a much nicer area than the one in Cleveland. Attractive displays. ATM on site. Friendly knowledgeable and smiling staff. Quick service. Plenty of product on hand. Good prices. Nice discounts for medical cards and veterans.

  Overpriced remediated flower (look up remediation if u dont know what it is) do not go here if you care about your health whatsoever. Either drive to Michigan where at least you won’t get ripped off, or find a local homegrower, because you’re not going to find anything here that you want to put in your lungs or ingest. Unfortunately Ohio by far has the worst legal weed system. Edit: “All products we carry meet Ohio state regulatory standards” guys do ur research, the government doesn’t care about giving u clean safe weed. Every brand in Ohio uses remediation on their crops due to poor facility maintenance and design which causes widespread mold etc. Michigan also remediates, but at least you can smell the product there and it is much, MUCH cheaper and priced more accordingly. Plus some michigan brands refuse to remediate and are transparent about it unlike the companies here in Ohio. Terrible legal system, worst one in the country by far and its not even close.
