- EVEric VanWagnerSep 21, 20261.0I visited this location on August 28th 2026. They had a buy one pair get the 2nd pair 40% off. My daughter and I both got Rayban Sunglasses. I live out of town and requested my pair be sent to me as I wanted a brand new pair not a demo. Riley the cashier said no problem he would have them sent directly to me. Sept 2nd I called for an update and Riley told me they were shipping out on Sept 3rd. Sept 11th still no glasses. I called again was told the glasses were shipped to the store not to me. They were to ship out that day. Sept 17th. Still no glasses. I called again. I was given a UPS tracking number. They created a UPS shipping label and gave me the number. Sept. 20th. I tracked the supposed package. The shipping label was created on Sept. 17th @ 11:11AM. Sept. 17 @ 11:19AM the shipment was cancelled. I will never deal with Sunglasshut again. I paid good money for a nice pair of sunglasses that I have yet to enjoy. I expected more from a supposedly reputable company…….
- ASArlissa SmithSep 3, 20265.0Fantastic customer service from Kirk! He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to walk us through several pairs of Meta Ray-Ban glasses. We originally went in planning to buy just one pair, but after he explained all the current features and even some exciting possible future features, we ended up buying two! Great experience from start to finish.
- GGGrace GallagherAug 27, 20265.0Riley was a 10/10! Extremely knowledgeable and friendly but not at all overbearing. I also ended up buying the glasses he picked out! He is an asset to this store/company! Thank you!
- CPCarisa PetersAug 24, 20265.0Received great service on a recent trip looking for sunglasses for my husband. We were very well educated by the store employee and appreciated this so much! Thank you for adding value to making a purchase. When that happens it always makes a lasting impression!
- MCMicah Cox-rigginJul 21, 20261.0The customer service for this store was awful, no reason I should have to drive hours back because your employees and system does not allow more conveniency. After your employee made a mistake.
