- SSSchmitty2022Jun 13, 20262.0Giving it a two only because the arrangement itself was fine and the delivery was fine, but what was delivered is not what was advertised and bought. Placed an order to be delivered to my wife at work for her birthday. Ordered the item shown below. Only thing that was right was the note I put in it and the balloon that came with it. When I called the store I told them I received items that were not what was in the descriptions. The preserved rose is apparently no longer available, but is still advertised and I received no phone call or anything to give me a chance to pick something my wife would actually like and they just put a random bouquet ..The cupcakes were all three completely different flavors than what my order was supposed to have.( cupcake presentation was fine upon delivery , photo was after being brought home). This is just pure laziness and lack of care. The arrangement on the website literally says what flavors go with it!!! How can that be confused?? Manager, tried to tell me oh well she can just take this off the cupcake or scrape these pieces off and she will still like them. I ordered this item because the flavors shown are ones I know my wife likes! Finally after the end of the conversation I was offered a refund. If it’s not the whole amount minus the driver tip. ( delivery driver did nothing wrong) I will be contacting corporate. This was my first time using this service and will most likely be the last.
