  Came at noon today and they were closed. Werent suppose to close until 3. Fix your store hours.

  Giving it a two only because the arrangement itself was fine and the delivery was fine, but what was delivered is not what was advertised and bought. Placed an order to be delivered to my wife at work for her birthday. Ordered the item shown below. Only thing that was right was the note I put in it and the balloon that came with it. When I called the store I told them I received items that were not what was in the descriptions. The preserved rose is apparently no longer available, but is still advertised and I received no phone call or anything to give me a chance to pick something my wife would actually like and they just put a random bouquet ..The cupcakes were all three completely different flavors than what my order was supposed to have.( cupcake presentation was fine upon delivery , photo was after being brought home). This is just pure laziness and lack of care. The arrangement on the website literally says what flavors go with it!!! How can that be confused?? Manager, tried to tell me oh well she can just take this off the cupcake or scrape these pieces off and she will still like them. I ordered this item because the flavors shown are ones I know my wife likes! Finally after the end of the conversation I was offered a refund. If it’s not the whole amount minus the driver tip. ( delivery driver did nothing wrong) I will be contacting corporate. This was my first time using this service and will most likely be the last.

  As a dasher this store closes early & the door dash system is messed up & that makes me lose a ton of money dashing. Do better. I have started to refuse orders from them because they are so unreliable.

  I ordered the “mother’s day cheesecake gift set” & a “single rose” with same day delivery. The initial delivery only came with the box of cheesecakes left on my mother’s porch. I called the store & let them know i didn’t get my full order. They sent the driver to drop everything else back off. He came back & only left the rose. I wasn’t aware until 2 days later, so I called the store again to tell them, I didn’t receive the card I wrote her as well as the balloons & they had already refunded my money for the ballon’s which was $20 without letting me know.The customer service could’ve been better. It was Mother’s day, the gift wasn’t appealing at all, being that they dropped 2 different pieces off at 2 different times & instead of calling me to apologize & figure out what else we could do, you just refund $20 without my knowledge. Not satisfied.

  Worst experience I have had with this place ever place Apple I have been ordering from here for years and has been a bunch of money I placed an order from my wife for her birthday I asked them if I could be delivered by her birthday before Noon because she has plans they told me there was no problem So she left at noon because she did not know I was having her edible arrangements delivered So I called got transferred to a call center the guy was very rude with me started giving me a lecture about me not planning things in advance I hung up on him and called the store the woman I talked to told me that they would try their best to have it there before 3 o'clock I asked her how comes I was not told about this when I placed the order because I would have picked it up and had it to her in time for her plans for her 50th birthday The only thing I got was excuses This is the worst experience I have ever had here I would not recommend them I will no longer use them
