Ted in particular was friendly, helpful, and never judgemental. I will definately return, and would recommend this place without reservation.

And I know that size 17 shoes are impossible to find in person, but I was hopeful that if anyone would have them, it would be DXL. NOPE. Given those things, we did not walk out feeling included... in one place we thought we could. Lastly, on a Saturday, there seemed to be only ONE associate in the whole store. Not great for customer service or safety/ security. They did their best and really did pretty well for not being physically able to be in 2-3 places at once.
