  Went to this store and while walking around trying to find a fitting room, this one girl working there came running freaking out after us like we are criminals trying to steal a shirt costing a whopping 11 dollars because we went down the wrong hallway. These employees need to treat their customers better.

  Incredibly rude employees. An employee came chasing after me screaming “you can’t be back here”, while I was trying to find a fitting room. I had literally just taken 2 steps down a hallway that looked like the entrance to a fitting room.

  I walked in with my 4 year old and we walked to the back where I had found a shirt I was going to purchase. Well if you have kids you know they have a way of needing things at the most inconvenient time. My daughter tells me she has to potty. I quickly find someone to ask if they have a restroom because my 4 year old has to go and I have about 30 seconds to find something before it turns into a disaster. I find a tall young lady with long blonde hair and ask if they have a restroom. My 4 year old is next to me holding my hand with one hand and holding back the urge to potty with the other. She looks at me and my daughter and with an emotionless face says we don’t have public restrooms… the closest one is by Sephora down the way across the street. Out of the sentence she said to me, 2 words were spent looking at me… the rest was looking at the clothes she was trying to look busy doing something with. She wasn’t nice…she wasn’t helpful… and had she been I would have at least purchased the shirt I was looking at and maybe more. But instead I had to make a mad dash down the street to the public restroom so my 4 year old didn’t soil herself. I was there today around 5:30pm.

  This store has employees or manager on their phone at the check out counter and when you need help they act like you’re an inconvenience. Furthermore, if you purchase anything from them and remove the tags they will not return the item which is absolutely unacceptable especially with a receipt. Tags can fall off at anytime and there are tools to reattach the tags

  Very rude workers. I asked to exchange jeans that I bought, two pairs the same size but one fits and one doesn’t, and they said they updated their policy and couldn’t even exchange them for a different size. I said “oh that’s a bummer” and before I even left the store, the two workers were making rude comments and rolling their eyes.
