  Recently bought a jumpsuit and didn't try it on in store, which was my first mistake, when I got home it had a hole up the side of its leg, so I left it in the bag to be returned about a week later. The frustration I had returning this item was ridiculous. At first there wasn't a problem I showed them the whole and the receipt, should've been a simple transaction, but it wasn't I was questioned on if I ripped it and was trying to make my money back, then told it had to much dog hair to be sold again. I don't know if I'm more confused by the fact that they would put that back on a hanger if it hadn't had any hair and resell it with the hole in it again or that I just got personally insulted?

  Rude managers, refused to do price adjustment with receipt for a coupon I forgot to bring in when I purchased my items. As a retail employee this makes 0 sense, I know that companies should honor adjustments made with receipt.

  The employees are always so kind and helpful ! There was a new older woman working last time i was there i believe her name was Mary , she was very annoying and followed us around . I told one of the managers about it, hopefully it’s fixed for the next time i come and she’s trained properly . I love the employees so much !
