  Taalis is insanely rude and quite frankly weird. She had the audacity to comment on my boob size as well as my two friends boob sizes, my friend had grabbed a sticky bra and taalis said “i really don't think thats your boob size”. We then told her that you cant tell someone’s boob size just by looking at her and mind you she had a oversized t shirt on. where she then said to me that I definitely wasn't a D cup and that she didn't believe me when I corrected her. She made us either have a staring contest or to guess her age before she rung us out?? She was extremely invasive and pushed her way into conversations that did not involve her at all. She was rude to multiple other customers too. She also said to one of my friends who she rung out before me that my other friend and I seemed “physically dyslexic, which is insanely rude and out of pocket. She said we have no communication skills and honesty when you are that weird and rude to customers no wonder they dont want to engage with you. My two friends and I were trying on shoes and my friend asked if they had another size to which taalis responsed with “well if you dont take off your socks you arent getting another size” like im sorry what?? She was so adamant that we take off our socks and not in a joking way either. She is rude, invasive and quite frankly made us extremely uncomfortable with the uncalled for comments on our bodies. The manager was standing next to her the whole time and even had the audacity to give me a weird look when I called her out on the comments on my friends and I’s bodies. I work retail too so I understand trying to be engaging and funny however this was not okay and Taalis needs to be punished if not fired.

  I found what I was looking for. Service was mediocre. Staff saw me pay for the item, I put it on after and tried to accuse me of stealing. They quickly realized their mistake, but still humiliating nonetheless.

  Rude managers, refused to do price adjustment with receipt for a coupon I forgot to bring in when I purchased my items. As a retail employee this makes 0 sense, I know that companies should honor adjustments made with receipt.

  Donovan was such an amazing help! The best customer service I had gotten in the entire mall. A males opinion is so useful in a female store! Definitely will be back because of him!
