  Our family stopped through on the way back from vacation in Michigan and this experience was more than a pleasant transaction or cheap prices. I had filled up a box with Legos from the brick wall and was checking out, when we got to meet the manager who, (in a way I will not mention for the sake of his being able to excersise his own managing authority, because people who read Google reviews tend to demand similar treatment) made the entire stop an experience which none of us will forget and have not stopped talking about yet. Please, remember that your experience in a store is more than the product or the cleanliness, the workers are people and the way your interactions with them go are more important in the end than a new toy or saved money. To the manager, if you see this review, and remember us, thank you!

  I love this cute little store. While I don't like having to walk through a mall just for this store I do love the store itself. It's a quaint little lego store that is bright and attractive to kids. It is very welcoming and the workers come up to you, welcome you in, and ask if you need any help. They have a wide selection of Lego and they have many builds on display for your kids to see. They also have this little stand with an assortment of Lego people body parts, weapons, hats, hair pieces, faces, etc where your child can pick out like 15 lego pieces (which makes like 5 people) for $10. They do have a new Star Wars display which is awesome as it has these bricks your child can put on certain sets to make them "come alive" and they will make the sounds of the lego set you put them on. So if it's one of their spaceships it will make the sounds of that, if you put it on one of the animals it will make the animal sounds. I loved Star Wars as a child and would have been on cloud nine if we had Lego sets like they have now and if they could make sounds like these new sets do. Sadly, these "magic bricks" that make sounds are only for Star Wars sets as of now though. Checking out is fast just be sure to have your Lego account information ready so you get all your points and so you can scan the qr code to keep a running list of every set you have ever bought. Also, one final thing I did notice is they only allow so many people in the store at one time and they will have a line outside until people leave. On one hand this is great so you're not fighting with a lot of people and it does helps to keep it to where if you need help you can easily get a workers attention without 50 other people trying to get their attention also. Now on the downside first there's the line. Who knows how long you may wait and if at any point while shopping or say your kids are picking out Lego pieces to buy taking awhile will they try and hurry you? I'm not sure but it does make you feel like you need to hurry so the others can get in as well. If you're after a specific set you may have been able to walk in and just grab that set while other people might have been looking at other items, but because their now in the store wandering around they may have found that set and taken possibly the last one when you could have grabbed in and been on your way. I think if they have a line outside they should have another line for customers coming for 1-2 specific items to where they can tell the worker and the worker could grab that specific item, bring them in to ring out only (or even have a register over by them) so they can get them what they want, get them on their way, and to help with the lines especially during the holidays.
