  Can't recommend this place enough for anyone looking for friendly and knowledgeable employees. I had a bra fitting scheduled today with Sherri Cutler and I had a GREAT experience with her! Sherri was extremely professional and she went above and beyond to ensure I left the store with a good quality bra that fits me perfectly. Sherri didn't pressure me at all into buying anything and she explained the various discounts/sales they occasionally have on ladies' intimate wear if I'd like to make another purchase in the future. I will definitely be back in a few weeks to purchase another bra to add to my new collection! Thank you, Sherri!

  I stopped in to return a couple of items that I bought online. I probably would've shopped some more if Melissa (older female sales associate with part of her hair dyed pink) who was working in the women's department hadn't been so rude when I first walked in. My additional interaction with her when someone else was trying to find some to help me with my return was even more unpleasant. You aren't going to have many customers if you go out of your way to make the ones who come in feel unwelcome.

  I got fitted for a suit for my wedding. They sent a suit that was way too big. Why did I get fitted?? I'm glad I checked the suit when it was delivered. If I trusted someone to do their job competently and didn't try them on, I'd be in a real pickle. I will never trust Nordstrom (The Black Tux) for anything more than a t-shirt or socks.

  Monique and the other young lady working the online order pickup on 5/12 absolutely saved the day making sure I had my item before a big event. Took my number down and made sure everything was taken care of in time. Not something you see everyday anymore! It made me smile.
