- JBjennifer barajasMay 23, 20261.0Store itself was fine, but the customer service at checkout completely changed the experience. The skinny white guy with glasses at the register was extremely rude. After we paid, the alarm went off walking out, which is understandable, and he took my bag to check it. That part was fine. While my husband was checking if one of the other shopping bags we had from different stores triggered the alarm, the employee sarcastically said, “Well evidently it’s those bags” After checking everything and seeing nothing was wrong, he just shrugged his shoulders and still acted like we were suspicious and like he didn't believe us, instead of simply handling the situation professionally. Not even a “thank you” or anything after we said thank you and left, he just stood there silently with attitude. The whole interaction felt uncomfortable and disrespectful.
