  I went to pick up the item I had on hold and it wasnt there. The cashier said it was still there yesterday. The paper with my info was still there but not the cooler. 🙄

  Would give zero stars if I could, we came to Dunham’s two days in a row trying to buy a gun and both days we were unsuccessful. Saturday night they told us they stopped selling guns 2 hours before they closed, then Sunday (today) we drove another 45 minutes to get here just for them to say that the gun counter was closed. We will not go back.

  The female I talked to on the phone today could not have been worse. Broke my foot and my surgeon suggested a list of three shoes he would like to see me in for learning to walk again. After I said, 'do you think you could see if you have this,' each time there was a looooooong sigh, before 'hold on...... no we don't have that......' followed by another sigh. I get Gen z doesn't want to pick up the phone, I raised one, but if you want all of your questions to be answered online, disconnect the phone and save yourself some money. Used to love this place.

  I like to shop and I like sporting good stores the most. This store just doesn't make sense. At Dick's you pay top dollar because you're getting the newest styles on their first release. At Dunham's most things are 5 to 10 years old and they're still charging stop dollar. The whole clothing department and shoe department is just a waste of space. You have two aisles devoted to hey dude which is a $70 shoe that isn't worth 15 and people figured that out a couple years ago and they don't buy those anymore. The under armor and Adidas styles that you offer makes those brands look terrible. These are the worst styles of their clothing that they offer. And why do 15 lb dumbbells cost $27 here🤷 They do price match here but good luck finding this Ancient stuff at any of the top stores to even compare. My advice is either be cheaper than dicks, or offer new styles like dicks. All this stuff should be on clearance here. Liquidate this place. start over.

  not very impressed at all. I asked if a bicycle can be returned, when answered with a Stern "it can NOT be returned if it is ridden" then being agressively questioned by another as I am attempting to leave empty handed. You could say that I feel, belittled, disrespected as a customer, and humilitated by asking a simple question. I was trying to buy a bike, not be interrogated.
