It was not in the store so a wonderful lady offered to help me and the store was closing in 20 minutes. Her name was Kathlyn. She was so helpful. She went to computer and we began to look. She knows ber way around computer program. We found it!!! Not only did we find it she helped me update my info and made sure I was getting my discount. I ordered it and it'll be delivered in store in 3 days!! Thank you so much Kathline, you're great at your job!!! Much appreciated. Christie at the register was great too. She checked price on the rugs I was purchasing and found that they were on sale. Thank you Christie. I love this jcpenny, I can always find what I want and price is right and quality is great....

Douglas did an amazing job helping us to put an affordable suit together for an upcoming family occasion. He calmly coordinated the outfit with two options for shirt-tie color combinations. Douglas was super friendly and helpful, and my wife said he deserved a raise as we left the building.
