  I felt the initial interaction was Subpar at an opulent location, especially when I already knew what I wanted. The employee made me want to go back to my ophthalmologist, since he wasn’t able to adjust my glasses evenly the first time and the equipment was basic like an IT to go order. Ray-ban do better, than focus on the dining experience.

  Horrible, unhappy service. They hate working there you can tell. They first told me they cant make an exchange, then they didnt have it in stock and then they dont do refunds… all against Ray Ban policies. Go to the store on the Wooster street instead. Service is much better!!

  Let’s get a bite at Ray-Ban! Yes, there is a small brick complex located in SoHo run by Ray-Ban. In addition to shopping for your favorite glasses, you can also chill inside for some light bites. Actually, no, their portions were way bigger than we thought! We ordered two sandwiches, plus a serving of salmon and meatballs, and we left absolutely stuffed.

  I went to the Ray-Ban House store in Soho and had a great experience. A guy named Miguel helped me out and repaired my glasses—they turned out like new, and it was completely free. Even though there was no charge, the service was excellent. Many thanks, Ray-Ban Soho.

  Where do I even start? Ray-Ban House in SoHo is truly one of a kind. From the moment you walk in, the design of the space takes your breath away — there’s nowhere else in New York quite like it. The atmosphere is magical, warm, and effortlessly cool all at the same time. The staff — both on the retail floor and in the restaurant — were absolutely exceptional. Attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about what they do. You can tell this team takes real pride in the experience they deliver. Every single person made us feel welcome and taken care of from start to finish. The food? Outstanding. Honestly the best Sando I’ve ever had in my life. The menu is creative and the ingredients are top quality. And then there are the glasses. The collection is incredible — exclusive pieces you won’t find anywhere else, beautifully displayed in a space that makes shopping feel like a cultural experience. This must be the place. 🕶
