  If you have any inquiries, I recommend avoiding this Cabela’s store. I encountered an elderly gentleman with white hair and a clipboard who approached me and inquired if I required assistance. I responded by asking questions about fishing equipment. He subsequently inquired about the type of fishing I intended to engage in. After I provided my response and requested his recommendations, he responded with a smug expression and stated, “The sky is the limit.” Subsequently, he accompanied me throughout the store while I was examining fishing gear, necessitating the use of Google for information, which yielded more results than from a store representative.

  Last couple of times I’ve been there and the customer service hasn’t been the greatest. The store isn’t familiar with the services. The counter even advertised what I needed. The customer service person told me to go to scheels. Ended up going to scheels and got taken care of what I needed.

  There's nothing like waiting and walking around an entire side of a store for over 10min with NO customer service to be found. We only wanted some shoes. Never again.

  Waited at the gun counter for nearly one hour making eye contact with three different employees standing down behind the register. Some old guy walks over towards me, finally think I’m getting help. Then he keeps walking and starts helping some lady that just showed up. Ended up walking away. Went to scheels and was in and out fast. Definitely don’t reccomend this place. They’ve gone down hill.
