  I ordered a pair of jeans online and they ended up not fitting correctly so I went in store to return them. Due to the fact that the tags were missing I was not able to return them even with the original shipping package shipping label order number and email showing that I had only ordered them on May 29th. I was in there about 4:30 on June 7th and the woman was completely unhelpful and just kept saying well there's no tags so I can't return it very rude and abrupt. I ended up contacting the customer service line on the website and was returned with no problem they did not understand why I could not return it in store. They did inform me that they are going to look into it.

  I got madewell from my little sister. Sizewise is too small, so I tried to exchange it, and the person who was working there she was rude. It was a gift and my sister was next to me. I had a gift receipt. She keeps saying out loud price and saying I need price tag.

  I’m a frequent flier at Madewell! I love that they offer the 15% off teacher discount. The cashiers are helpful and treat me the same as others... even when I show up to the store in a baseball hat after working out! Lol, the same can’t be said for many stores in Las Vegas!
