- JLJesus Lopez2 days ago1.0Robert sports specialist was talking to us rude, and saying to lower down sound from turtle box. Was raising volume just enough to hear some bass from 700.00 turtle box...and then trying to kick us out from store. Manager finally showed up and settle the confrontation and apologized for Robert's behavior, was very unnecessary and rude. Robert acted like he hated us , felt discriminated. Manager made Robert leave else where and Manager apologized again. But. They still lost the sale, was soon closed buying the turtle box Grande the 700 dollar speaker. Watch out for Robert the "sport specialist " who like to hate u and put u down and cause a big scene, being rude. Because of Robert attitude and actions, we will not be buying from this store anymore...

- CGCaleb GodlewskiJun 11, 20261.0I recently purchased a new Shimano reel and had Scheels spool it with braided line. While the spooling service was free, the line certainly wasn’t. The spool job looked wrong from the beginning, with the braid piled up unevenly and flared out like a mushroom. On my third cast, the reel blew up into a massive bird’s nest. Line came pouring off the spool in loops and turned into a complete mess almost instantly. As a result, I had to cut out and discard roughly half of a brand-new $35 spool of braided line. That’s money straight into the trash because the reel was not spooled correctly. Mistakes happen, but a brand-new reel shouldn’t become unusable after only three casts. Very disappointed with the quality of the work and the wasted line.
