- TTTerryMay 8, 20261.0I bought a Smith&Wesson Bodyguard 2.0 yesterday and tried to return it today and they wouldn't give me a refund. I wanted to trade it for another pistol.They would only offer me 50% of what I payed for it. They have this policy that you cant return firearms. I did not shoot the gun. I have bought 5 pistols from them in the last 6 months. I like this store, I didnt know they had this policy, they never told me, oh I'm shure it was posted somewhere. I ended up selling it to scheels for 75% of its worth. Scheels will give a full refund within 30 days for unfired guns. Sportsmans Warehouse has lost me as a customer.

They are all pretty good, but this is definitely one of the best. Very well stocked, friendly and helpful staff, convenient location.

This store is in mid town Reno and right off the freeway at Moana. In particular I would like to plug their brand of hiking shoes which are the most comfortable that I have ever bought. I just had surgery five days ago and was starting out again slowly but because they were so comfortable I really walked quite far thanks to these shoes. I look forward to walking again tomorrow!!
