Joey and Kylie were awesome! They provided great customer service, were friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience easy. Jade Dispensary is definitely a place I’ll be coming back to. Appreciate you both!

I’ve never experienced customer service this bad. The delivery driver called me with an incredibly rude attitude, full of sass and disrespect, because she couldn’t find a parking spot. Instead of doing her job and attempting to complete the delivery professionally, she expected me to come outside to her car and pick up my order. When I didn’t, I never received my order. This was one of the most unprofessional interactions I’ve ever had with a business. If your employees can’t treat customers with basic respect or handle a simple delivery without being rude, you shouldn’t be offering delivery at all. There are plenty of other dispensaries in town that actually value their customers. I will never order from Jade Dispensary again, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone looking for reliable service. Easily the worst dispensary experience I’ve had.
