  I'm giving one star and would not recommend this place for jewelry repair or purchase. I brought in my fiancé's ring to be adjusted a couple years ago. It was brand new from another location. They needed to solder the two pieces together. They totally botched the job. We sort of made good on the problem, but I am still irritated to this day! On top of that customer service is terrible and the associates were rude.

  I’m incredibly grateful to David and the team at Michael & Sons Jewelry. I brought in a small pewter military statue that is sentimental to my husband after it had broken at the legs. From the moment David looked at it, I could tell he understood how much it meant to us. He was so kind and reassuring and made me feel confident that it was in good hands. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and helpful, and they were able to complete their part of the repair very quickly. I truly appreciate the care and compassion they showed throughout the process. It meant more to me than they probably realize.

  Went in and the owner David was very professional and personal when I came to selling my silver bar. Paid me fairly for the value and sold me some silver rounds near spot. Excellent company and very pleasant to do business with

  Love the owner and staff. He is precise and honest in his determinations of gold and its value, and they have "out of this world" jewelry!
