  My husband bought me a pair of earrings after being told there was a money back guarantee if I did not like the set. I did not. The earrings were tiny and cheap looking. He returned them and was scammed by the staff. They said money back and then refused to issue any refund whatsoever. Thieves!

  The staff has always been very nice and helpful. I was recommended to go here and I dont regret it. Its the only place I will bring my Dads necklace for repairs or cleaning.

  Katie is the BEST. We designed our wedding rings with Katie. Update: we found a TINY emerald embedded in my engagement ring band. We really wanted to include one & couldn’t find the right place for it. Katie & the team really made all of our dreams come true with our special rings. Thank you!!!! We come here for all repairs & would never go anywhere else! The showroom is gorgeous with an incredible selection. Low pressure, great people, awesome service ❤️

  I sent my turquoise bracelet in for repair and they returned it to me LIKE NEW! They secured every point of contact, then shined it up - oh my. I’m so happy! And the price was so reasonable!
