  On August 6, 2026 Went into this store and their were two Sales Associates in the store they didn't say a "word" or informed me about the "Sales" going on as I walked around the store one of the Sales Associate passed by me and didn't speak but was so quick to eye my hand bag. Trust me I live in a Million dollar house and I drive a 70 thousand dollars SUV not trying to take anything from this store. So I left and went to another store but on my way out I decided to stop back into the store to see if I would get the same service. Pulled the shirt off the rack and took it to the Sales Associate which I found out was the Store Manager named "Vilija" I informed her that we was not greeted twice she smiled and she "laughed " but had the nerve to ask me if I wanted to "apply" for their store card I declined. I did call the other store and informed them about the rudeness of the Sales Associates and asked about getting in contact with their District Manager. I will fill out the survey that is on my receipt and I will be "returning the shirt as well. When you are the Store Manager you set the tone for your team and you are a leader of your store. Always representing yourself and the company. She needs to be retrained on her customer service. And if you don't want to do your job that you are trained to do then maybe you need to find another career path. Every store has a sales goal to meet I worked in retail for about ten years and I know first hand first impressions creates a last impression.

  This location has, without a doubt, some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced. The first time we walked in, there were two employees standing around with no customers to help, yet neither of them acknowledged us. We looked around for a few minutes, and even the store manager, Vilija, walked directly past us without so much as a hello. Apparently greeting potential customers is optional here. We left, shopped at another store, and decided to come back just to see if maybe it was a one-time oversight. It wasn’t. Once again, the store was empty, and once again, not a single employee greeted us. When we mentioned this to the store manager, Vilija, instead of offering a simple apology or showing any concern, she laughed. It’s unfortunate that a customer raising a concern was something she found amusing. As the store manager, I would have expected a much more professional response. Needless to say, we won’t be shopping at this location again. We’ll also be returning the shirt we purchased because we’d rather support a store that values its customers. We’ve already spoken with another location, where customer service has always been excellent, and we’ll also be contacting the district manager to share our experience. If this is the standard of service being set by management, it’s no surprise the rest of the staff follows suit. Hopefully this location eventually realizes that acknowledging customers isn’t asking for much it’s the bare minimum.
