Founded in Vancouver BC in 1998, the first lululemon shared its retail space with a yoga studio. We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits.

First, I want to start with a positive here. The store is well lit and clean.
Whenever a customer enters your store, especially one that is slightly high priced, you'd think they would acknowledge the customer. Want to provide service. Want to LOOK and ACKNOWLEDGE the customer. Just because someone doesn't fit the petite aesthetic, does not mean they should not be acknowledged.
Grabbing the attention of one young lady and asking questions, she pointedly avoided looking or really talking to the other party. Then leaving, the young man who happily greeted others, moved aside and ignored us. He ignored us on the way in too, so not surprising.
I'm sorry, but that is incredibly rude. Guess the store sells enough and earns them enough of a 'bonus' that none of them care to be decent human beings. Truthfully, seeing all the reviews that also mention similar rude or 'invisible' treatment shows the poor management of this location. Do better.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Very Disappointing Experience – Reno Location
Living in Hawaii, our Lululemon stores have a very limited selection, so when I travel to the mainland I always make it a point to shop at larger locations. During my recent trip to Reno, I was excited to finally visit your store after finding some great pieces at other mainland locations.
Unfortunately, my experience completely changed the moment I walked in.
I had just finished a large coffee and urgently needed to use the restroom before shopping. I saw a customer come out of the bathroom and approached an employee to ask if I could use it. The associate looked at me and bluntly said, “Sorry, we ain’t got no public restrooms.” The way it was said felt dismissive and rude, especially considering the circumstances.
I wasn’t asking for special treatment — just basic courtesy and kindness. Instead, I felt embarrassed and unwelcome, so I left without making a purchase and took my business elsewhere.
This was not the welcoming, elevated experience Lululemon is known for, and it left a very negative impression. I hope management takes customer service more seriously, because this visit was a major letdown.
