  So i came here 3 times to try and get a mattress and some clothing . the first time i just got off work so was not in the best of clothing but still approachable and no one said hi, I got ignored trying to ask questions ,no staff bothered to acknowledge my existence just on their phone or playing with The Rack they already worked on doing the best to avoid me. I figured ok well im not dress appropriately maybe they thought I was homeless or something which is still not really an excuse to treat me that way but maybe #2 I dressed very nice like I could have easily bought the entire store nice and still staff is avoiding me pretending I don't exist and just on the phone running away from me and ignoring me but it was worse because it was kind of like they acknowledge my existence but they didn't want to. kind of like I'm a ghost. so I figured well maybe I'm just dressed to nice they figured they shouldn't waste their time on someone that's not going to buy this mid grade stuff ..#3 I dressed very casual i had clothing on from JCPenney's to show i shop here and I still got the same treatment 🤣 3 freaking times I would have spent like three grand their minimum because the beds are way overpriced and if I actually did get good service I wouldn't have realized that .. in a way I'm very happy that I did get such bad service it feels kind of like discrimination but honestly I tried it all So it is more likely a they dont care thing .keep in mind I was the only customer in the entire store now I understand why.. no one likes feeling like a ghost one transaction could have paid your guys rent or at least a good amount of it. I won't be back It's nice to see that you're paying people to be on their phone And ignoring me I wonder if it's all the customers ... I don't recommend it I went to Macy's way better staff .I wish JCPenney's the best of luck but I can't in good conscience buy something from somewhere I don't feel I'm wanted or acknowledged in any way shape or form as I said I felt like a ghost i know the staff members heard me say excuse me I have a question a lot of times and I know they rather talk to each other than help

  Found only says $40 for a session for pictures for new born photos, pictures only took about 10-15 minutes tops, we asked them if we can just have them email us them cuz it was only 15 pictures, all of a sudden total came out to $226, it cost us $185 just for them to email us the 15 pictures, place is a rip off
